Hotel and leisure includes the Palace Hotel in Manchester, this is a conversion of the renowned Refuge Assurance buildings in the centre of Manchester. We now have a lot of experience working with historical listed building conversions, and with English Heritage, who have referred to Chorlton Mill as an exemplar.
